S2A Application

All statements on this application are true. I agree to do my very best to make S2A the very best it can be. I will give my best to each class and my full attention to each speaker. I also will give my complete effort to any task or work I am assigned. I want this to be a great week and I want to grow closer to God and to the other students.

I promise to respect the rules of the Academy and to respect those who are leading the Academy. I will be present and on time for all events and activities of the Academy.

On my honor, as a Christian, I agree to do my best to uphold all Academy policies and responsibilities.
